Return & Refund Policy

First Things First…

More than anything we want you to be completely happy with your One Pass product. If there’s a problem or concern please let us know via our handy-dandy Contact page and we’ll get ya fixed up right quick. Our official warranty is one year, but we know folks that have been using the same silicone Water Blade for over a decade!

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect of course. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Defects will be immediately replaced.

1. Please Contact Us to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Please include in your package a note with the tracking number.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
