If there&#8217;s a problem or concern please let us know via our handy-dandy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waterblade.com\/us\/contact\/\">Contact<\/a> page and we&#8217;ll get ya fixed up right quick. Our official warranty is one year, but we know folks that have been using the same silicone Water Blade for over a decade!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><br \/>\nYour item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect of course. You must return the item <strong>within 30 days<\/strong> of your purchase. Defects will be immediately replaced.<\/p>\n<p>1. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waterblade.com\/us\/contact\/\">Contact Us<\/a> to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.<br \/>\n2. Please include in your package a note with the tracking number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restocking Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it.
